Your request

We ask for your name, company, email address, your request and contact form to respond to your request. The basis is to prepare a possible agreement on your request. Do not use the fields for sensitive data. Applications are kept for a maximum of 90 days unless an agreed follow-up requires a different retention period.

Voluntary Emails

Opt-in is deactivated by default. Sign-in permits three emails with ideas for your business. Your sign-in must first be confirmed. Unconfirmed requests expire after seven days. Other sign-ins are retained for up to 90 days. You can always withdraw consent via a personal opt-out link. Messages remain concept until manual check; no working external sending channel has yet been confirmed.

Internal prospects

De interne lijst bevat bedrijfsnaam, publieke website, zakelijk adres, coördinaten, afstand, bron en zakelijke observaties. Publiek beschikbare gegevens kunnen nog steeds persoonsgegevens zijn. Gebruik vereist een vastgelegde belangenafweging, informatieplicht waar van toepassing en een geldig contactdoel. Er worden geen persoonsprofielen gemaakt, adressen geraden of prospects automatisch benaderd. Prospecten en rapporten worden maximaal 90 dagen bewaard.

Assistant and security

Gesprekken worden niet opgeslagen. De standaardkeuzehulp werkt zonder externe AI. Na afzonderlijke activering kan Cloudflare Workers AI een vraag classificeren; de antwoorden blijven beperkt tot vooraf goedgekeurde dienstinformatie. Cloudflare kan bij live gebruik beveiligingsgegevens verwerken. Een met een geheim gehashte netwerkidentificatie beperkt misbruik; deze vervalt na één uur. Geen advertentietracking of analytics-cookies. Cloudflare Access gebruikt voor intern beheer noodzakelijke sessiecookies.

Usage and processors

The owner checks processor appointments, processing locations, any transmission guarantees and the information obligation before live access. Cloudflare is the intended hosting and security provider. A shipping channel is only added after check and consent.
